The placing, exhibiting or maintaining of any fruit, vegetables,
meats, merchandise or other wares, or other stands or tables, on any
sidewalk, street or highway within the territorial limits of the Town
of Winchester is hereby prohibited.
Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than $150.
