It shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
firm or corporation to have any sign which shall have light or lights
of such intensity or shall have light or lights which shall blink
or which shall cause or emit any noise which shall disturb the public
or any portion thereof or be detrimental to the public health, safety
or general welfare.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons,
firm or corporation to have any sign projecting over the public easement
which shall flash a light or lights between the hours of 10:00 p.m.
and daybreak.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation which shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the provisions stated in Chapter
1, Article
II, General Penalty.

A sign that advertises the sale or lease of real property may
be erected, placed, established, painted, created or maintained in
the Borough of Prospect Park only in conformance with the standards,
procedures and requirements of this article.
The enforcement of this article shall be the duty of the Housing/Building
Department.
After receiving notification of a violation, the property owner
may be fined $25 per day per offending sign at the discretion of the
Housing Official.
