It shall not be lawful for any person or persons, firm, company or corporation to display groceries, provisions, vegetables, fruits, fish, meats, wares or other articles of merchandise on or along the outside of any store building or on the sidewalks or streets in the Borough of Clearfield.
It shall not be lawful for any person or persons, firm, company or corporation to deposit or empty the contents of ice-cream containers, spittoons or cuspidors or other waste liquids and substance on the streets or alleys of the Borough.
It shall not be lawful for any person or persons, firm, company or corporation to keep, pile, store or deposit any old automobiles, wagons, sleds, furniture, scrap iron or other junk at any place in the Borough of Clearfield which may affect the health and cleanliness and the beauty, convenience, comfort and safety of the Borough.
Any person or persons, firm, company or corporation, whether as a principal or agent, violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before the Mayor or a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50, and in default of payment thereof, with costs, shall be committed to the Borough lockup for a period not exceeding five days or to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
