It shall be unlawful for all persons, whether minors or adults,
to fire off or shoot within the limits of said Borough of Clearfield
any rifle, cannon, shotgun, target gun, air gun, bird gun, revolver,
pistol, slingshot or any other dangerous weapon.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this chapter
shall for each and every offense, on conviction thereof before a Magisterial
District Judge of said Borough or the Mayor thereof, be fined up to
$300 or a maximum of 90 days in the county jail, either or both, at
the discretion of the Mayor or Magisterial District Judge.
