Any person in charge of any engine or train approaching any street, alley or crossing within said Borough, shall ring the bell of said engine and continue to ring the same until said engine shall have cleared the crossing.
No locomotive engineer, conductor or agent of any railroad company shall block up the passage of any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or crossings in the Borough or obstruct the said crossing with locomotive cars.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before a Mayor or a Magisterial District Judge, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25 and, in default thereof, be committed to the Borough lockup not more than 12 hours.
