A Planning Board has been established for the City of North Wildwood. The composition, functions, powers, and duties are as provided in Chapter
276, Land Development, Article
VII.
A Board of Health has been established for the City of North Wildwood. The composition, functions, powers, and duties are as provided in Chapter
41, Health, Board of.
A Tourists' Development Commission has been established in the City of North Wildwood. The composition, terms, and functions of the Commission are as provided in Chapter
95, Tourists' Development Commission.
A Board of Recreation has been established for the City of North Wildwood as provided for in Chapter
83, Recreation, Board of.
A. Function. The Commission shall advise the Mayor and
City Council on matters of recreation policy through the Chairman
of the Administrative Committee of City Council.
B. Duties. The Board of Recreation shall twice a year
in March and in September report to the Council both orally and in
written form regarding the progress of all recreation and cultural
programs currently available to the citizens of North Wildwood and
present recommendations for additional programs.

A. Creation. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is hereby established
in and for the City of North Wildwood.
B. Membership. The members of City Council shall serve as members of
the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the City of North Wildwood.
C. Term. The term of a member of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
shall be for the term of his/her office as a member of City Council.
D. Powers; duties. The powers and duties of the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Board shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
(1) Review all applications for new liquor licenses and approve or disapprove
the issuance of said licenses.
(2) Review all applications for the annual renewal of liquor licenses
and approve or disapprove the renewal of said licenses.
(3) Review all applications for the person-to-person and/or place-to-place
transfers of liquor licenses and approve or disapprove the transfer
of said licenses.
(4) Review all applications for special permits, including but not limited
to, social affair permits, catering permits and temporary extension
of licensed premises permits, and approve or disapprove the issuance
of said permits.
(5) Carry out all powers and duties as authorized and enumerated in Title
33 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, N.J.S.A. 33:1-1, et. seq.,
the administrative regulations adopted thereunder at N.J.A.C. 13:2-1.1,
et. seq. and such other rules and regulations that, from time to time,
are promulgated by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage
Control of the State of New Jersey.
E. Where the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is unable to agree with
respect to the adoption of a resolution in the exercise of its powers
and duties, as set forth herein, by reason of being equally divided
in a vote thereof, the Mayor shall have the power to cast a vote to
break a tie.
