It shall be unlawful for any person to appear
in the nude in public, or in any public place or place to which members
of the public are invited or likely to be, anywhere within the City
limits of the City of North Wildwood, New Jersey.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Exposure of any part of the male or female genitalia or the
complete exposure of the female bosom or bosoms.

Anyone convicted of a violation of this article
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $2,000, or imprisonment
in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or community service
for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof.
