Any person under the age of 21 years who purchases or attempts to purchase any alcoholic beverages, whether the same is to be consumed on the premises or not, shall be deemed a disorderly person.

Any person under the age of 21 years who shall purchase or attempt to purchase any alcoholic beverages in the City of North Wildwood by the use of false documents or representation shall be deemed a disorderly person.

Any person under the age of 21 years who shall have in his or her possession any altered or false document or documents for the purpose of identification and/or establishing the age of said person shall be deemed a disorderly person.
Any person who misrepresents his or her age to any police officer or special officer of the City of North Wildwood, in connection with the purchase or attempted purchase and/or consumption of any alcoholic beverages in the City of North Wildwood, shall be deemed to be a disorderly person.

Any person who shall permit the use of his or her documents by any person under the age of 21 years for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase alcoholic beverages in the City of North Wildwood shall be deemed to be a disorderly person.

Any person charged with the violation of any of the foregoing sections shall, upon conviction by the Municipal Court of North Wildwood, be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,250 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both.
