When the following items of City equipment, supplies and/or City personnel are used and become subject to charges to the general public, the charges for the use thereof shall be consistent with the prevailing Schedule of Equipment Rates that is established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and published on its website, fema.gov/schedule-equipment-rates:

B. 
Items of City equipment, supplies and/or City personnel, used by and subject to charge to the general public, which are not part of Rate Schedules established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, shall be charged at rates established from time to time by resolution of Council. Such items of equipment, supplies and/or personnel include, but are not limited to:
Galvanized fencing
Sand/snow fencing
Trash/recycling cans
Sign replacement
Public Works repairer
Beach mats, roll-up or rectangular
Portable stage, large or small
Traffic cones
Traffic barrels
Beach
Barricades
Coolers
Bleachers
Chairs
Tables
Tents
Sound system
Signs
Flotation devices
Reviewing stand
City personnel
C. 
Notwithstanding the equipment, supplies and personnel charges enumerated in Subsections A and B of this section, the fee for extraction of a private vehicle stuck on the beaches of the City of North Wildwood, which extraction requires the attention and assistance of the Department of Public Works, shall be $500.

The fees charged to the members of the public for cleaning lots of obnoxious growth, trash, garbage and the like shall be $55 per man hour, which shall cover the cost of personnel, fuel and the use of equipment, including, but not limited to, mowers, trimmers, weed whackers, etc.
NOTE: Cleanup charge will include tipping fees at the landfill, plus the hourly rate for the truck in hauling to the landfill, which will be added as part of the cleanup charge.
The charges to the general public for picking up and storing the following items are as follows:
