The following are hereby designated as fire zones within the City limits of the City of North Wildwood, New Jersey:
A. 
A twenty-foot-wide strip of land contiguous to all sides of the two main buildings located upon the shopping center located on Blocks 107 and 108 in the City of North Wildwood, New Jersey.
B. 
From the bulkhead at the eastern street end of 17th Avenue from curb to curb, a distance of 65 feet west.

From the bulkhead at the eastern street end of 18th Avenue from curb to curb, a distance of 65 feet west.

The fire zones must be kept free of obstructions at all times, and motor vehicles, detachable trailers and other objects shall not be placed or parked in these fire zones.
It shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property to mark the fire zones on his property with yellow paint and to provide signs clearly stating: "Fire Zone - No Parking," of at least one square foot in size, which shall be located at the fire zone, and such signs shall be no further than 50 feet apart.

Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or community service for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof.
