Condominium associations whose condominium developments
are located within the City limits of the City of North Wildwood shall
be required to report to the Tax Collector of the City of North Wildwood,
on an annual basis, the names and addresses of the officers and directors
of their condominium association. Said condominium association shall
supply said information to the Tax Collector of the City of North
Wildwood on or before June 1 of each year.

Any person violating any provision of this article
shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,250
or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
