As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Includes any house or building or portion thereof where single individuals
or families are harbored or received, housed or lodged, for hire or otherwise,
provided that this shall not include a dwelling where fewer than five persons
are so received and lodged.
Any house or building which, or a portion of which, is occupied as
a residence by two or more families in addition to the owner, living independently
of each other and doing their cooking on the premises.
