In Shopping Center Districts, the following
regulations shall apply.
A building may be erected or used and a lot
may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes and no other:
A. Any use permitted in a B-1 District.
B. Places of amusement and motion-picture theaters.
C. Supermarkets for the sale of food and normal household
supplies.

A. Sales, exhibiting for sale, business, service, repair
or processing shall be conducted within a completely enclosed building.
B. All garages must conform to the open space requirement
and may not exceed 600 square feet. Maximum height for a garage with
an A-frame roof shall be 15 feet and 10 feet for a flat roof. All
other accessory buildings must conform to the open space requirement
and may not exceed 200 square feet.
No building or structure shall exceed 35 feet
in height.
Parking spaces shall be provided as required by §
162-54.
Design standards shall conform to the requirements of §
162-53.
Signs shall conform to the requirements of §
162-46.
