The locations described in Schedule K (§ 177-43) attached hereto and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule L (§ 177-44) attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule M (§ 177-45) attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as bus stops.
A. 
On public property.
(1) 
The areas and purposes designated in Schedule N [§ 177-46A(1)] attached to and made a part of this chapter are reserved for parking by persons designated therein or for vehicles designated therein, and no person not so authorized shall park a vehicle in such area at any time.
(2) 
Where parking spaces are indicated by lines on the pavement, no person shall park a vehicle unless the wheels thereof are entirely within the said lines.
(3) 
No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for a principal purpose listed in Schedule N [§ 177-46A(3)].
B. 
On private property open to the public.
(1) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on lands of another under the circumstances listed in Schedule N [§ 177-46B(1)], provided that suitable signs not less than 18 inches by 24 inches bearing the words "no parking," together with qualifications or restrictions of such parking, if any, have been erected. It shall also be unlawful for any person to deface, tamper with or otherwise damage such signs. Further, any vehicle parked in violation of this subsection shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and its removal may be provided for by any peace officer, the reasonable cost of such removal and storage to be paid for by the owner of the vehicle prior to his regaining possession of it.
(2) 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, the governing body of the Township of Wyckoff is authorized and directed to designate and reserve parking spaces within various parking lots in the Township for physically handicapped parking, such parking spaces to be provided for as referred to in Schedule N [Section 177-46B(2)] and to be identified by clearly visible signs displaying the international symbol of access and to be signed, marked and maintained by the owners of the premises in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of Schedule N [Section 177-46B(2)] shall be deemed a nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Township and shall be subject to the penalties provided for in N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, a fine of $250 for the first offense and a fine of at least $250 and up to 90 days community service for subsequent offenses, on such terms and in such form as the Court may deem appropriate, or any combination thereof. The removal of the vehicle may be provided for by any peace officer, the reasonable cost of such removal and storage to be paid by the owner of the vehicle prior to regaining possession of it.

(3) 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-53, the Fire Chief and the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Fire Department of the Township of Wyckoff are authorized and directed to establish fire zones within parking yards and parking places which are open to the public or in conjunction with any business or enterprise within the Township, to be designated in Schedule N [§ 177-46B(3)] and to be subject to the approval of the Planning Board and to rules and regulations of the Board with respect to location, area and other requirements. Fire zones shall be marked and maintained by the owners of the premises involved in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Fire Chief and the Bureau of Fire Prevention. Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this subsection shall be deemed a nuisance and detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Township, and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle, the reasonable cost of such removal and storage to be paid by the owner of the vehicle prior to regaining possession of it.
