All establishments within the confines of the Borough of Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, offering food for consumption upon the premises of such establishment or offering food to the general public ready to be consumed but which may be taken from the premises of such establishment shall be closed daily between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:45 a.m., prevailing time.
Violations of the provisions of this chapter may be prosecuted by any police officer of the Borough before the District Justice.
Each calendar day's violation of the provisions of this chapter may be charged as a separate violation.

Any person, partnership, corporation or similar entity found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, Code Enforcement.
