The name of this organization shall be the "York/Adams Drug
and Alcohol Planning and Implementation Council."
The York/Adams Drug and Alcohol Planning and Implementation
Council serves as the instrument of the York and Adams Council Commissioners
for the purpose of providing comprehensive planning, implementation
and evaluation, information and referral of drug and alcohol services.
All business of the Council shall be conducted according to
Robert's Rules of Order.
These bylaws may be amended at any regular meeting of the Council
by a two-thirds vote, provided that the amendment has been submitted
in writing at the previous meeting.
Should any of these bylaws at any time conflict with law or
the regulations of the Office of Drug and Alcohol Program, the aforesaid
law and regulations shall take precedence over these bylaws until
they can be amended.
