The Borough of Kittanning in the County of Armstrong and Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania hereby signifies, through Borough Council, its intention
and desire to organize an Authority under the "Parking Authority Law"
approved June 5, 1947, P.L. 458,[1] and its amendments.

The President of Council and/or the Mayor, and the Borough Secretary
are hereby authorized and directed to execute and file, on behalf
of the Borough of Kittanning and under its corporate seal, Articles
of Incorporation for said Authority in substantially the following
form, and to do all things necessary, convenient and lawful to complete
the incorporation thereof according to law:

In compliance with the Act of June 5, 1947, P. L. 458, and its
amendments and supplements, known as the "Parking Authority Law,"
the Council of the Borough of Kittanning, County of Armstrong and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, desiring to organize an Authority thereunder,
does hereby certify:

The name of the Authority is "Kittanning Borough Parking Authority."

Said Authority is formed under the Act of June 5, 1947, P. L.
458, and its amendments and supplements, known as the "Parking Authority
Law."

in the County of Armstrong and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its

Three of said members are residents of Kittanning Borough, Armstrong
County, Pennsylvania, and the remaining two of said members are residents
of Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
