No electric or electrified fences, barbed wire fences or other
fences designed to shock, hurt or injure persons or animals coming
in contact with them shall be erected or maintained within the Borough
of Kittanning.

Any person, firm, copartnership or corporation who or which
violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be
sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 or more than $600 and
costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of fine and costs,
to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
