The police officers of the Borough of Kittanning are hereby
directed and required to make regular monthly inspections of all utility
poles and other poles in and along any of the streets and alleys in
the Borough of Kittanning and to report to the Mayor any such pole
as shall appear to them to be in an unsafe condition.
An annual license or inspection fee of $0.25 is hereby imposed
upon each and every public utility company or other person, firm or
corporation for each and every pole maintained by such company, person,
firm or corporation upon or along any of the streets or alleys in
the Borough of Kittanning. Such fee shall be paid to the Borough Treasurer
annually on or before the first day of January.
