City of Gloucester, NJ Chapter 6 Public Records

§ 6-1 Open Public Records Act fees.

A. Letter size page or smaller: $0.05 per page.

Legal size page or larger: $0.07 per page.

B. Any government record requested in a media which is not in the printed form shall be charged according to the actual costs of duplication and for any needed supplies such as computer discs.

C. Governmental electronic records such as records sent via email will be provided free of charge.
