[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the

The Police Chief, with the advice of the Fire Chief and the
Public Works Director, is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and
regulations for the application and operation of block parties, said
rules and regulations to be in compliance with the laws of the State
of New Jersey, the County of Camden and the City of Gloucester City.
Said rules and regulations are attached herewith and designated
as "Schedule A"[1] and may, from time to time, be amended by the Police Committee
of the Mayor and Common Council of Gloucester City upon recommendation
from the Police Chief.
