In accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:8-31, the conduct of games of
chance on Sundays in Gloucester City is hereby authorized when a license
therefor has been issued by the Mayor and Common Council of the City
of Gloucester City under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq.
This ordinance shall take effect after final passage and publication
as provided by law.

The fee for each occasion on which any game of chance pursuant
to this ordinance is conducted shall be $20, which shall be paid to
the City Clerk prior to the conduction of such games of chance.
