A. 
Manage, produce and complete the written stormwater management plans; including public education and outreach, public involvement, illicit discharge detection and elimination; construction site stormwater runoff, post-construction stormwater management and pollution prevention and good housekeeping.
B. 
Prepare a tracking/scheduling process/system to track the information required for the completion and implementation of the above plans and required reports.
C. 
Attends and participate in local and regional meetings of municipal groups and cogs dealing with stormwater management, MS4 activates and related topics, provide Mayor and Board with timely meeting and information updates.
D. 
Research the full range of funding opportunities available to support these activities, prepare grant applications and manage grants and other funding sources.
E. 
Continually communicate with NJDEP and EPA to ensure Gloucester City is in full regulatory compliance and prepared for any future requirements.
F. 
Monitor and maintain a working knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to MS4s and court case decisions that may have a potential impact on municipal stormwater ordinance administration.
A. 
Bachelor Degree or minimum 10 years experience in related field.
B. 
MS4 Certification is required.
C. 
A minimum of two years of previous MS4 experience.
