The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Gloucester City,
in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey, hereby grants a municipal
consent to Clearview Cable Corporation, a corporation of the State
of New Jersey, to construct, operate and maintain a cable television
service throughout the area of Gloucester City, New Jersey, for a
period of 15 years from the date of the final passage of this ordinance.
All engagements and representations made by Clearview Cable
Corporation in its application for this permit are binding upon the
said corporation as terms for the holding and use of this municipal
consent.
This municipal consent is issued subject to all the requirements
of the statute in such case made and provided and known as the "New
Jersey Cable Television Act," and of all the rules, regulations and
orders duly promulgated by the Director of the Office of Cable Television
of the State of New Jersey.
Complaints by local subscribers to cable television reception
service shall be filed directly with the Office of Cable Television
of New Jersey and the said Office of Cable Television of New Jersey
is hereby determined to be the complaint officer as required by the
Cable Television Act.
This ordinance shall take effect after final passage and advertisement
as required by law and upon the acceptance in writing within 10 days
after final passage by the applicant of such consent and all the terms
and conditions of such consent.
