The Mayor and Council shall appoint by resolution public officers
to serve as Code Enforcement Officer and/or parking enforcement officer.
The Code Enforcement Officer, parking enforcement officer and/or any
designee by the Code Enforcement Officer shall be empowered to enforce
the provisions of the following chapters of the Code of the City of
Gloucester City:
