Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statutes,
every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this ordinance
or any amendment or supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty
according to the following schedule:
A.
Parking violation. As set by the Municipal Court Judge in the Revised
Violations Bureau Schedule, but in no case less than $15 payable to
the City of Gloucester City in addition to mandatory penalties due
to the State of New Jersey.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with or inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, except
that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment
of any person for any act done or committed in violation of any ordinance
hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this ordinance.
