[§ 2, Ord. 519, eff. July 31, 1969]
It shall be unlawful for any person to store, leave, or place
any vessel or other structure at any place on the waterfront of the

at least two days before the meeting of the Council at which such
application shall be considered. Such application shall state the
object or purpose for which the permit is requested and shall contain
a statement on the part of the applicant to the effect that he will
remove the vessel for which the permit is requested immediately upon
the expiration of the period for which such permit is granted and
that he will observe all the provisions of this chapter relating to
such permit.

protect the interests of the public. Such permit, when granted, shall
specify the exact location to be used by the applicant and the date
of the expiration of the permit.

to such permit, or to make any use of such permit other than for the
purposes for which the same is granted, or to leave any rubbish or
debris of any kind upon or adjacent to the place occupied by such
vessel.
