No person shall operate a motorized ice auger upon the frozen
surface of Highland Lake except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to
8:00 p.m. daily.
A "motorized ice auger" is defined as any motorized boring tool
consisting of a rotating bit.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall
be fined not more than $100.
