It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
peddle or sell soft drinks, candy, cakes, fruits, pastries, ice cream
or food of any description to school children between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on school days upon any public street, sidewalk
or any other public place in the Town of Winchester within 300 feet
of any school property.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $150 for each
violation.
