As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Every commercial motor vehicle, other than public safety,
municipal and municipal purpose vehicles, having a gross weight of
6,000 pounds and/or over, and designed, used and maintained primarily
for the transportation of property, and includes a motor vehicle designed
and used for the purpose of drawing a semi-trailer as well as the
vehicle drawing the semi-trailer.
No person shall operate a truck, as herein defined, in a northerly
direction on Case Avenue from Main Street north to Gay Street.
Any person violating the terms of this article shall be fined
not more than $100 for each offense.
