The Borough of Clearfield does hereby adopt and authorize the
use of ESP (Excessive Speed Preventor) throughout the corporate limits
of the Borough of Clearfield by all duly appointed police officials
for the purpose of enforcement of speed restrictions, as authorized
under the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
and for all other duly authorized purposes.
The equipment to be used shall be placed, tested, operated and
properly maintained by the duly appointed police officials of the
Borough of Clearfield.
