A fee shall be charged for the temporary extension of the licensed premises for specific events based upon the square footage of the additional area and the number of days of the event. Any portion of the day shall be considered a full day for the purpose of calculating the fee due. In calculating the number of days of the event, the first day and all other days up to and including the last day shall be counted even though there may be a one-day break between days. No extension for an event shall exceed three days, and the fees are set forth below:

Application for a temporary extension of licensed premises for specific events shall be filed in accordance with the rules and instructions that, from time to time, are promulgated by the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control of the State of New Jersey. No application shall be approved until payment of the correct fee has been submitted to the City Clerk.
