§ 184-25 Adoption of regulations. [1]

By and with the authorization of the Borough Council of the Borough of Monaca, effective this date, these rules and regulations shall hereby be adopted to regulate the waste generation as required by the specifications of Pennsylvania Act 101 of 1988.[2]
