The Borough Council may, by resolution, establish from time to time
a fee schedule to cover the costs and expenses in the study and approval of
subdivision and land development plans, inspection of construction operations
and plat recording and for the procedure necessary to accept public improvements.
It is the intent of this fee schedule that the applicant pay all costs, charges
and expenses attributed to the receipt, review, inspection, approval and recording
of a subdivision or land development.
Certificates, owner's adoption and affidavits as required by the
Borough Council shall be inscribed on the plat and shall be properly signed
and attested when the plat is submitted for review. The certificates, affidavits
and approvals shall be prepared in the form as required by the Borough and
as outlined in Appendix A to this chapter.
[Amended 9-10-1996 by Ord. No. 822]
