Town of Raymond, NH Chapter 34 Housing Authority

§ 34-1 Authorization of state Commission to operate.

The New Hampshire Housing Commission be and is authorized to operate in the Town of Raymond, Rockingham County, State of New Hampshire.

§ 34-2 Applicability of federal provisions.

The application of the provisions of Section 23 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended to the Town of Raymond, Rockingham County, State of New Hampshire, is approved.

§ 34-3 Sponsorship of projects.

Said New Hampshire Housing Commission is authorized to sponsor a project to lease any of the following dwelling accommodations or a combination thereof, the total amount of the following not to exceed 45 units:

A. Existing standard housing.

B. Rehabilitated housing.

C. Newly constructed housing.
