All public parks, cemeteries, conservation areas and other public lands, with the exception of streets and roads, are closed from 9:00 p.m. until sunrise, except with written permission of the Board of Selectmen or School Board, whomever has authority.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations made under the authority thereof shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $100 for each offense.
The invalidity of any provision or section of this chapter shall not affect the validity of any other provision or section of this chapter.
This chapter will take effect upon its passage by the Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Raymond.[1]
