The Town favors making it a yearly practice for the Raymond
Water Department to submit in its own Town report an operational itemized
estimated budget to include listed repairs and normal upkeep for the
next fiscal year. This budget will enable the water users and the
townspeople to see the Water Department's expected cost of operation
versus expected income collected from water bills.
