It shall be unlawful for any dog to run at large within the
limits of the Town without being restrained.
The police shall impound all dogs not so restrained or shall
be empowered to kill all dogs found running at large pursuant to the
provisions of notice and other provisions of New Hampshire RSA 466:29.
Failure to comply with the provisions of this article shall
be treated as a violation.
