The Town authorizes the Raymond Planning Board to delegate its
minor site review powers and duties to a committee of qualified professionals
consisting of the Building Inspector, consultant planner and road
agent or his designee in accordance with RSA 674:43, III.
Decisions of the committee may be appealed to the Planning Board.
