The streets and parts of streets described in Schedule I: One-Way Streets (§ 283-17) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and traffic shall proceed thereon only in the directions indicated.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets
or parts of streets is hereby established at the rate of speed as
posted.
Trucks in excess of the gross weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 283-18), except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
