The Common Council of the City of Hayward hereby adopts § 106.50,
Wis. Stats, as amended, and all subsequent amendments thereto.
The officials and employees of the City of Hayward shall assist
in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing
within the City of Hayward by implementing the authority and enforcement
procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats., as amended.
The City Clerk/Treasurer shall maintain forms for complaints
to be filed under § 106.50, Wis. Stats., as amended, and
shall assist any person alleging a violation thereof in the City of
Hayward to file a complaint there under with the Wisconsin Department
of Work Force Development, Equal Right Division, for enforcement of
§ 106.50, Wis. Stats., as amended.
