The Board of Review of the City of Hayward shall consist of
the Mayor, City Clerk/Treasurer, one member of the Finance Committee
and one member of the Property Committee. Such Committee members are
to be appointed by the Mayor and the appointments shall be confirmed
by the Common Council at the annual organization meeting.
The Board of Review shall meet on the second Monday of July
in each year at the Council Chambers and the meetings shall be conducted
as provided by § 70.46, Wis. Stats.
