The provisions of § 66.0435, Wis. Stats., and the definitions therein are herein adopted by reference.
There is hereby imposed on each occupied, nonexempt mobile home located in the City of Hayward, a monthly parking fee as determined in accordance with § 66.0435, Wis. Stats. Said fees shall be paid to the City of Hayward Clerk/Treasurer on or before the 10th day of the month following the month for which such fees are due.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish or operate upon property owned or controlled by him within the City of Hayward, a mobile home park without having first secured a license therefor from the City Clerk/Treasurer. The application for such license shall be accompanied by a fee as established by § SPS 326.06. Such application when made shall be made to the Common Council and must be first approved by the Common Council before the Clerk/Treasurer shall issue the said mobile home park license. A mobile home park license shall expire as stated in Ch. SPS 326 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. All mobile home parks shall comply with Ch. SPS 326 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, which is hereby adopted by reference.
A. 
Operators/owners of mobile home parks and owners of lands on which are parked any occupied, nonexempt mobile homes shall furnish information to the City Clerk/Treasurer and City Assessor on such homes added to their park or land within five days after their arrival of such home on forms furnished by the City Clerk in accordance with § 66.0435(3)(c)2, Wis. Stats.
B. 
Occupants or owners of nonexempt mobile homes parked outside of a mobile home park shall remit such fees directly to the City of Hayward Clerk/Treasurer as provided in § 300-2. It shall be the full and complete responsibility of the licensee of a mobile home park to collect such fees from each occupied, nonexempt mobile home therein and to remit such fees to the City of Hayward Clerk/Treasurer as provided in § 300-2.
C. 
Uniform Dwelling Code; movement requires permit.

(1) 
Any person, firm, corporation, or entity who/which intends to place a mobile home/manufactured home or move an existing mobile home/manufactured home from one location to another within the jurisdiction of the City of Hayward is hereby required to follow all applicable Uniform Dwelling Code Requirements as stated in Chapter 150, Building Construction, Article I.
(2) 
In the event a mobile home/manufactured home is moved from one location to another, an application for a new permit is required before the mobile home/manufactured home may be placed.
Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof be subject to the provisions of Chapter 1, Article II, General Forfeiture, adopted by the City of Hayward.
This article shall be effective as of January 1, 1995, upon its passage by the Common Council of the City of Hayward and publication thereof as provided by law.
