It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, partnership,
association, firm or corporation to bury or inter any deceased person
anywhere within the limits of the Borough of Kittanning, under penalty,
upon conviction, of a fine not more than $600 and costs of prosecution,
and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment
for not more than 30 days.
