A.
No person or entity shall place or cause to be placed rubbish, waste
or trash originated and/or generated from a household in or beside
waste barrels maintained by the Town.
B.
This prohibition shall not apply to rubbish, waste or trash remaining
after a recreational activity on a public park, playground, conservation,
beach or other such public or recreational area.
No business or person acting for or on behalf of a business
shall place or cause to be placed rubbish, waste or trash originated
and/or generated from an industrial, commercial or business activity
in waste barrels maintained by the Town.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be
liable to a fine of not more than $300 for each offense.
