As used in this ordinance, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Expressly includes but shall not be limited to boats, campers,
tent trailers or similar vehicle.
No recreational vehicle shall be parked on any public street
or on any public lands and premises of the City of Gloucester for
the period of more than 24 hours.
A.
Every person convicted of a violation of this ordinance or any supplement
thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
B.
The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall
constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing
or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as
provided above for each separate offense.
This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to law.
