The Town requires that the Selectmen, before disposing of real
property, the title to which has been acquired by tax collector's
deed, first consult with the Conservation Commission, said Commission
to recommend if the retention of such real property would be in the
best interests of the Town as provided in RSA 80:42-a, subject to
final ratification at the next Annual or Special Town Meeting.
