The Town includes full-time Town officers and Town employees and certain part-time employees under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (social security taxes).

A. 
The Town adopts a plan for extending to employees of the Town the benefits of Title II of the Federal Social Security Act (old age, survivors and disability insurance) as authorized by RSA 101, as amended by Chapters 302 and 332 of the Laws of 1955, and to raise and appropriate the sum of $900 to defray the Town's share of the cost thereof.
B. 
The Town wishes to include in the plan services in any class or classes of positions filled by popular election.
C. 
The Town wishes to include in the plan services in any class or classes of positions, the compensation for which is on a fee basis.
D. 
The Town authorizes the Selectmen to execute on behalf of the Town the necessary agreement with the State of New Hampshire to carry into effect the plan, and the Town designates the Town Treasurer as the officer to be responsible for the administration of the plan.

The Town excludes from the plan service in any class or classes of positions of election officials or election workers for a calendar quarter in which the remuneration paid for each service is less than $50.
