[At each Annual Town Meeting, the Town decides whether
to authorize the Board of Selectmen to enter into an agreement for
the purchase of land for future Town purposes, such purchase to be
authorized by a Town Meeting vote. This article was voted in the affirmative
at the last Annual Town Meeting.]
