A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any sporting
activity, including but not limited to baseball, basketball, hockey,
soccer, football, or any other sporting amusement, within any public
street, alley or right-of-way within the Village.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any sporting equipment, including portable
basketball, football, hockey and soccer goals or any other similar
portable sporting equipment, to be in the front yard of a residential
structure between October 31st and March 1st.
C.
It shall be unlawful for anyone to use portable basketball,
football, hockey or soccer goals or other similar portable sporting
equipment between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
